1. Chicken salad: shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped celery, walnuts, and THIS paleo mayo. You can also add grapes, slivered almonds, boiled eggs, or anything else you fancy. Easy peasy.
But here's my go-to breakfast...
2 fried eggs and sauteed kale or spinach.
Sometimes I add fruit. Always, I add coffee.
4. Meatsauce!
Sometimes I make it with spaghetti squash and salad (top pic.) And other times, we just eat it on top of sauteed or roasted veggies (mushrooms and asparagus in the bottom pic.)
