Grass Fed Beef Burgers

4, 1/3 lb. grass fed beef patties
Olive oil
1/2 jar of sundried tomatoes (packed in olive oil)
Avocado
Alderwood smoked sea salt (this was from the Spice and Tea Exchange back home)

- Rub patties with olive oil
- Bring to room temp for 1 hour
- Get your pan hot! Seer patties on both sides until browned (I used cast iron so I could put it straight in the oven!)
- Top with chopped tomatoes and put in oven at 275 degrees
- Use a meat thermometer to check internal temp. I took these out of the oven at an internal temp of 145, and there were well done after resting for several minutes. :( Next time, I'll take them out at 130-135 degrees. It doesn't  take long!!
- I served these with lightly sauteed asparagus with salt, thyme, and minced garlic
