I cooked two meals this week that I make over and over again. I LOVE these recipes.
#1. Simple Meatsauce
I used 93% beef this week. I have also used all turkey. I added tomato paste and 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes. This recipe is so versatile! I love it over spaghetti squash (seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.) We have also served it over roasted veggies. Healthy comfort food!
Inexpensive and quick to make! Chicken, chopped carrots, onions, celery, and water chestnuts. Topped with sliced almonds. Served in romaine or butter lettuce cups!
