Avocado Egg Toast

This has become a new favorite breakfast. This isn't paleo (because of the bread), but we've enjoyed it! Toast 1 slice of health nut, multi-grain, or oat bread. We put ours under the oven broiler for a couple minutes on each side. Top with 1/2 smashed avocado, 1 fried egg,  salt + pepper, and sriracha sauce!
