Turkey and Sweet Potato Chili

This was delicious! It's nice to have a change from beef, and this dish is perfect for these chilly nights.

2 lbs 93% fat free ground turkey 
1 T chili powder 
1 tsp garlic powder 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tsp salt 
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper 
1 very large sweet potato or 2 small, peeled and chopped
1 14.5 oz can of beef broth 
1 6 oz can tomato paste
1 14.5 oz can of tomato sauce 
1 14.5 oz diced fire roasted tomatoes 

1. Pour a small amount of oil in a large pot. Brown the turkey meat, stirring often so it won't stick.
2. Once it's cooked, add spices, sweet potato, and canned ingredients.
3. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 1-2 hours, until sweet potatoes pierce easily with a fork.
