Blend together:
1 small ripe banana
1/2 avocado
2 T. Raw cacao (I bought a small bag of cacao nibs from Whole Foods)
1 raw egg*
Handful of spinach or kale
8 oz coconut water
Few ice cubes
*if you don't feel comfortable eating raw egg, drop it in boiling water for 6 mins for a safe soft boiled egg! Then place it in ice water for about 10 seconds for easy peeling!
