My system has been working well--- food  prep (3-4 meals) on Sunday afternoons for the week. 
"Toddler approved vegetable curry" ---> I added skirt steak
"Curried chicken salad"
And "Cinnamon- raisin coffee cake"
All 3 recipes from Against All Grain cookbook! 
My other recipe was a good ole standby... Creamy crock pot chicken and tomato soup
