This past week was HOT in Arizona. I know it was in Louisiana too! Perfect weather for some COLD treats.
This recipe is copied from Fit Paleo Mom.
To make the popsicle:
1 6 oz can of pineapple juice
1 full can of coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into popsicle shells, freeze, and enjoy!
I had to soak my Popsicle tray in a little bit of warm water before I could get them out.
