Upcoming festivities

Good morning! Morning is my favorite time. I wrap up in a blanket and drink coffee from my favorite mugs before I get ready for work.

Mine and Billies families are heading to the beach in Florida today. We were supposed to be going with them. But after a bit of research and debating, we are not. All because plane tickets from here to Florida are incredibly expensive. Like $1,500 for Billie and me to go for 2 1/2 days. It breaks my heart that we won't be there. I miss my family like crazy. Urg.

But in attempt to have fun and still do some celebrating for the 4-day July 4th weekend, Billie and I are going to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon! Pictures and updates coming soon! Speaking of, did you see the man walk across the Grand Canyon on a tight rope last week?? Live?? I was sweating. And pacing. It was so intense. Look it up... Discovery Channel!
