White Chocolate Peppermint Oreos

These were the single biggest hit at my coworkers Christmas party!! 

4, 4 oz packs of Bakers white chocolate 

1 package of Oreos 

20 peppermints (or use candy canes!), smashed in a ziplock bag (I used a meat mallet to crush these!) 

Makes about 32 dipped cookies! 

Dip each Oreo in melted white chocolate, scooping it out with a fork, tapping the fork on the outside of the bowl to remove excess chocolate. White still wet, sprinkle  peppermint on top! Let cool on parchment paper for several hours, until set.
