Chickpea Salad

Oh my goodness this is delicious. So light and healthy. 

2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained 
1 cucumber, chopped 
2 tomatoes, chopped 
1 green bell pepper, chopped 
Chopped parsley 
Fresh lemon juice 
2 T. Olive oil 
Salt and pepper 

I also added baked, chopped chicken. This would be delicious with rotisserie chicken too!
