Breakfast Quinoa

1 1/4 c. Uncooked quinoa
2 Mangos, chopped 
2 cups blueberries 
1/2 cup pecans 
2 T. Honey 

Cook quinoa according to package directions. Set aside and let cool. Add all the other ingredients. Store in the frig and eat it hot or cold! Voila... Breakfast for the week!

287 cals 
9.2 fat 
48 carbs 
6.7 protein
