Crock Pot Kalua Pork

A few days ago, I saw this image on Pinterest and thought it was too good to be true.

But, it was right on the money. It was really flavorful... I still can't believe it was just seasoned with salt!


I bought a 4 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder, trimmed the fat, rubbed it good with sea salt, and cooked it on low in the crock pot for 16 hours. 

Voila!!



We served it topped with some BBQ sauce (we love the Organicville brand) for Sunday football.

SO simple and feeds lots of people!
